Stylist Helene France mentioned she wanted to do a shoot in a large mansion with a very dressy theme. This would prove to be a departure from the normal shoots we do. This was my first shoot with the AF100 and the ultra fast F.95 Voigtlander 25mm lens with models. This lens is more intimate to begin with so the subjects in this just have more character and depth to their expressions. The control of highlights seemed to be good as it was NOT a sunny day out and the interior of the house was lit very low. I like the warmth in these shots a lot. SMALLHD DP6 worked great but was heavy hand held.
